The Sausage King of LA
Incredible decor. Über eco modern. Bare bones exterior means the people who end up inside are the ones who know about it and actually want to be there. Cafeteria style seating evokes a German beer garden feel, especially when you consider the fare. All sausages are incredible. You got the classics like spicy Italian or just smoked bratwurst. Then youre typical gourmet like chicken apple or jalepeno and smoked pork with mozzarella. Then you get into the exotics like rattlesnake rabbit or alligator pork. It's incredible how good it all looks. But tastes even better. Fries with in sauces like blue cheese with bacon and walnut plus an authentic German and Belgian beer menu make this a guaranteed eye opening experience and one that you'll be talking about for a long long time.
