sour grapes
my wife and I had dinner here with some friends for the holidays. They were out of the first four bottles of wine we tried to order -and the wine we finally ordered took a very long time to arrive-but then so did the food-except for the pizza which arrived at our table well before everything else. and if it wasn't cold when it got there, it got cold quickly while we waited for everything else. The waitress was very apologetic and told us the manager would come by and speak to us but he never did. We saw him sitting down having dinner on our way out- I'm sure he had a better meal than we did.

Such a shame
The server was superb - too bad she works at Villetta. Loud, boisterous with slightly overcooked and only slightly heated food. A lovely room - in need of better management. There are too many places on the Westside to return to this.
