You don't have to be a vegan . . .
. . . to enjoy Vegan Express. I go there often with my vegan daughter, and enjoy it tremendously. Everything we've had has been excellent, especially the pad thai and the pancakes. The service is fine, and the people working there are very nice in an earnest way. We usually park on the street, but there is a parking lot in the rear and even some outdoor tables perched back there. Also, the helpings tend to be large, but not particularly filling. So go and enjoy a long, delicious meal.
