One hit wonder...
I flew over 2500 miles to try an umami burger. The place was located within Fred Segal which made it a bit tricky to locate. The truffle burger was delcious, but then again anything with truffles will be delicous.... The waiter was apathetic, could use a bit of charisma and a dose of humility. All in all, the food lacked the "wow" factor which i was highly anticipating especially after reading all the somewhat positive reviews, and for the price, just made it so much more of a disappointing experience. This place is a one hit wonder, go for the hype, and never again....
