A different Style of Mexican
Drove all the way in from Riverside to enjoy a meal at Tinga. When I heard it was Mexican - I thought of the traditional rice and beans with mama's salsa on the side. Tinga is totally different and the taste that came out of their food was something I hadn't experienced before. Spicy enough to spark flavor with texture in the food that kept me wanting more. Great job Chef!
