We found the menu here, had heard it was an IHOP previously. We came on a busy Sunday morning. We were going to order to go but decided to eat there. We were greeted the minute we walked up, we were seated within 5 minutes or so and that was the estimated time they gave us. They gave us the option to sit in a smaller size table or wait "a few minutes more" for a bigger booth. We are not picky so we took the smaller table which was fine, it was not that small. The service was excellent. Especially because it was so busy, all the staff is really friendly & attentive. We eat out a lot and appreciate good service. Now, I mentioned they were busy, the food was fantastic!! It came surprisingly fast and was super hot. I don't know how they do it....The Pecan pancakes are to die for. The seasoned house potatoes are super. We usually go to Dinah's in Culver City but I think this might be our new Sunday morning spot after church

Wow we thought we would try this place because we had a coupon but it totally turned into a fiasco. We called our order in. Why do they have people who don't speak english very well answer the phone? When we got our order home they had forgotten one of our meals so we went back. So now we are back home food is cold , took a look at our order and The WHOLE order was wrong! so we had to go back again. The guy that took the order blamed it on me and was being rude, so we asked for our money back and he tried to charge us for the OJ's we ordered that we didn't bring back with us, so Charlie asked for the manager and we got a full refund. Bummer that this happened. I MISS the old IHOP.
