Got Jury Duty? Try the Banh Mi
While doing my civic duty as a juror, I got the chance to try SK's lunch plate one week and the banh mi sandwich the next. The way it works is you choose your protein, then your "vessel." Week one, I chose the lemongrass chicken with a side of garlic noodles. Week two, I had the banh mi with bulgogi meatballs with a side of kimchi fried rice. The menu changes every week, so you may not see these options, but I wouldn't do the lemongrass chicken more than once. The garlic noodles were delicious and I'm coming back for more. Both meals came with a side of sesame cabbage salad, which is also available as an entree. But for a salad entree, I'd recommend the ahi tuna. The banh mi with bulgogi, wow, that was even better than the pork one at Mendocino Farms. And they use a true french roll, too.
