I saw Salt's Cure on a TV show called "Meat Lover's Paradise". They said that it was the best place to get meat on the West Coast. The place didn't disappoint! The Charcuterie was amazing! I highly recommend the "Potted Pork" and the "Pickle Plate". The pork chop was literally 2.5" thick and it was awesome! The best feature of this restaurant is the grill (& the chef, Benjamin). The area where the liquor bar usually is in a normal restaurant has been gutted and replaced with a large grill and prep area so when you sit at the bar you get to watch your food being prepared. I love that! It's not cheap but the food is worth it. Truly a meat lover's paradise!! Highly recommended.
