The best sushi in the area. Everytime we go it is as consistently good as the last. The sashimi is always fresh, tasty, perfect texture and temperature.

    Sakura Japanese Restaurant

Great sushi, hate how they package to go orders (I would love to have individual containers for the different sushi orders). Also, it would be nice for them to include (or offer) forks for non sushi orders. Also, it would be nice for them to remember requests for extra sauce, etc. Other than that, love the food, I have never ordered anything from here that I did not fall in love with.

    my fav sushi in la!

don't bother picking up the menu, just look at the specials posted on the wall - that's where it's at, i never get any of the entrees or menu items, except the awesome hamachi kama appetizer, which is big enough for 2. It's all about the uni, the spanish mackeral (doesn't taste like regular mackeral at all) , the oyster shots, the sweet shrimp, fatty tuna hand rolls, and the albacore. get these and you wont be disappointed! don't bother getting the combo platters, the cuts aren't as good or tasty. the wait can be gruesome, so order a beer while in line or get there early.
