Last Sunday my grand daughter and I went to Post and Beam. We where early well before the 5pm dinner hour. Yet the wait was well worth it. I ordered the spare ribs . They were seasoned so well I am linking of stopping by tommorrow after 5pm. Thank you Poast and Beam my grandaughter loved her short rib sandwich as well.

Very tender short ribs with roasted penne pasta served underneath the pasta. So, good I had to try to emulate the short ribs myself. Must say I was pretty close their taste. Try them, you will be satisfied. Service was a bit confused on the day I went. However, I have been there before and sometimes service is what it is, slow. Other than that blip food is amscrumptious. (yeah I know, not a real word, just one of mine)

The Post and Beam Restaurant is for sure my favorite. I have had dinner there with a new friend on the week-end... And then I had linch there today with an old friend. Everything there is delicious, delightful, And pleasing. All of Los Angeles will be flocking to the Post and Beam. I even believe that their menu has some sort of special healing remedies. I look forward to the next time that I will have the wonderful pleasure of dining at The Post and Beam again... I hope that it is soon.

Los Angeles can now say it has one of the worlds best restaurants. Post & Beam serves the most tasteful meals on the planet. You will believe you are eating at a thousand dollar a plate restaurant. You would think you are in paradise with the professional service provide by the staff. This restaurant is an adventure in the best of the best. Take the opportunity to enjoy a meal and service beyond your imagination.

I was visiting from Memphis, Tn. Was pleasantly surprised and happy with my order. My pizza was fantastic, but the greens were awessome! I'm from the south and have never ever had greens that tasted like this! You've got to have an old grandma stashed away somewhere in the kitchen , or you chef are from the south. My husband and I commented on them for days. Refreshing to have a touch of southern flavor as far as LA. Great restaurant. Wish you well!

The seasoning profile is amazing! This food is simply wonderful. They are using all fresh whole everything.Chef Andrew is creating some mind blowing pizza's upfront out of the pizza oven while Chef Govind is making some mind bending smoked Salmon and Catfish. They are also smoking all kinds of other wonderful things ...like their own bacon. I can't wait to go back to try the mouth watering Beef Short Ribs.
