Over all pretty good. MY pizza came up quickly, wasn't too expensive, and had a nice chill atmosphere....

The dough is undercooked, the toppings are sparse, and their selection is tiny. Their salads and sandwiches are unimaginative. Their Italian dishes are either too bland or way, way too spicy.

Pitfire Pizza just opened in West LA on Westwood Boulevard! Thank God there's something other than California Chicken and Feast From the East to choose from. A welcome oasis for this neighborhood, it's already VERY popular with local business people and neighborhood families. There crust is fantastic, ingredients from local farmers market are really fresh and delicious too. The service is great, kind of self serve/fast service- you place your order and then it's delivered. You can't beat it for fresh, healthy and comfortable food. I think the crust is hands down, MUCH, better than the hightly touted Mozza (Nancy's crust is like pretzel dough!), CPK is like "luncahables" compared to this. Don't forget to BYOB (no corkage fee!) and to try the watermelon lemondade! The burrate pizza is outrageous, so is the salami pie, Summer chopped salad is off the hook too.

Excellent Pizza, my favorite is the Wild Mushroom, Fresh Salad - favorite - Mediterranean. The food is always tasty, the service is quick and the Downtown and Westwood locations are comfortable to hangout in with an upbeat crisp decor - what more could you want from a restaurant where the prices are right. And just for fun have the watermelon lemonade or sangria. We haven't even gotten to the wine yet.

there is really nothing good about the place at all. generic and overpriced. save some money and go eat at Lamonicas a true LA pizza joint Lunch their is $5 not the 15 or 20 you pay at pitfire.

This is not the traditional Neapolitan or New york style pizza by any means. But for the new style California pizza, it would be hard to do better than Pitfire. They serve only the "individual" pies in the mode of CPK, but they are at least as good if not better than CPK. They also have pasta dishes and salads, both tasty, fresh and worthwhile. Open for dinner and they also deliver to downtown on electric scooters.
