    Wonderful New Trattoria

I was very excited to find that a quality restaurant had moved into my neighborhood, within walking distance. The redesign of the restaurant and the new menu, along with the home-made desserts has been a joy. I've tried a different dish each time I've visited and not been disappointed yet. I now use it as our "special" restaurant for occasions like anniversaries or Mother's Day. I haven't got a clue what the negative reveiws are all about. Give this place a try - you won't regret it!

    Nothing but good experiences.

My girlfriend and I really enjoy making a stop at the new Pagliacci's whenever we can. We've been about five times this year and have never had poor service or anything but wonderful food. The flavors are always interesting (in a very good way). We always go during the day and the dining room is usually pretty empty. We're interested in seeing what it's like at dinnertime so we plan to return. For something different, try the Pizza Bianca.

What happened to this place? I am guessing new owners.

I used to love this place and order from them probably 6 times a year. Not a LOT, but enough to know something has drastically changed. Different owner's, driver's and cooks! I've given them 3 chances to be decent, ie act like they care that I'm a customer, paying them my money for a service etc. Ok so this is walk in and delivery, poor service, pizza not the quality it was before and priced higher and basically poor attitudes from everyone from the counter to the phone to the delivery guy. Sorry to say and I DON'T take writing reviews lightly because I know these are livelihoods, but if this is the case, then why treat customers so poorly? They don't care for some reason...

Food is good but not so good you can ignore the vibe.

I order takeout from here quite a bit but I decided to eat there after the remodel because I notice there is no one ever in there so I wanted to do my part to support the business. But the woman serving was unfriendly. The man who was hanging out behind the bar area had a very negative manner about him. The food isn't good enough to justify this. Why pay money to feel like you aren't welcome there?

    Best pizza in the Valley!

Resident of Studio City for 10 years now and out of all the innumerable places in los angeles, Pagliaccis has the biggest slices i've ever seen, and more importantly THE BEST tasting pizza. If you're looking for phenomenal pizza that'll provide 100% satisfaction, eat here.

    I love their pizza.

I have been ordering from here for carryout for two years. I love the pizza and I find the owner to be quite pleasant and nice. I haven't been in since the much needed remodeling, but have ordered for delivery.

To all of the people who gave this restaurant a bad review. If you don't want to wait for delicious pizza, or anything else they serve - order from a chain. If you are not dealing with a chain, where everything is pre-made, and made in mass volume, then the fact of the matter is, you may have to wait a little longer. If your taste palette is mediocre, there are chains that will deliver more in your desired time frame, and maybe even give you the small talk you desire. If you're looking for pleasantries, call your mother or friends - these people are too busy making good food to probably be bothered. I imagine they just want to get the orders out and know that their food speaks for itself. Those that know good food will return, those that don't? 1-800-chain pizza.
