Almost Nirvana
The food is wonderful, almost Nirvana. The waitstaff has always been cordial and warm with me, although I've seen one of them (I never saw her after this) who wasn't very friendly. Hopefully she's not there any more. The drinks are a bit eccentric, but good (try Buddah's Kiss). The Bollywood videos playing in the background add a bit of frivolity to the dinner. The oddest thing, but which I found wonderful, is that the 'tables' are either beds with small tables in the middle or couches around the room. Gives it a very intimate atmosphere. GREAT date restaurant, but I wouldn't take a lady there on a first date...it would seem a bit forward. The pictures from the Kama Sutra on the menu would are something a bit daring as well. All in all, every time I've been there the experience has been wonderful.
