    Just average

I go to this place only when there are no other deli's around. Food is just average, but the rye bread is baked twice and pretty good. To represent that they are Kosher is a huge misnomer. Nothing kosher about this place. Maybe kosher-style, but to the observant - stay away.

    Save your money!

A real dissapointment, the majority of patrons are "wanna be" celebs or 3rd tier writers who wouldn't know a good sandwitch if they were in it. They go because they think its trendy and a cool place. Better food at the local vons deli counter.

    Not Worth the Time

4 of us were taken here late in the morning during the week. After a short wait we were seated. After a longer wait a waiter finally came and served us "coffee" so they called it. The second round of coffee eventually made it back around with some persuasion. I had the simple Ham and sharp cheddar cheese omlette. If they had left the "2" pieces of Ham out it would have just been scrambled eggs with a couple of strings of cheese on top, none in the center! The Hash browns look as if they had split a fingerling potato and made hash from one side. the side bagel was fair but i dont know for sure if they actually bake anything at this resturant.

One of the last great delis

Seriously, it's just a really good deli. Jerry's and Canters are open 24 hours, but their food is sub-par at best,. Nate N' Al's is great. The rye bread is unbelievable, the meats are high-quality, and the pickles and potato salad are good too. It's expensive, but so are the other delis on the westside. Sometimes the wait can be long, but if you go before or after the 1-2 pm lunch rush, it's pretty easy to get seated.
