Best bakery in LA
I have just visited Natas Pastries in Sherman Oaks, the place is quite small and it was busy but worth the travel and small wait. I have never had Portuguese pastries before but know they have great reputation in Japan, Australia and many other places in the world. We had several things from the cases and everything was fantastic, the Portuguese ladies that helped us were very friendly as well, one of them being the owner and pastry chef. Highly recomend this place. Their website is actually www.nataspastries.com

Amazing!
I have never been to Portugal but learned from a friend about this Portuguese bakery in the valley. I was amazed how wonderful everything looked and tasted, I tried they're famous "nata" and right there I decided I need to visit Portugal one of these days. For now I am just happy to have Natas Pastries right here in LA. Absolutely amazing!

"The Find" as the LA Times stated!
This hole in the wall bakery is a surprise when you walk in. You're transported to a classy place somewhere in South Europe by the Mediterranean. The aromas that come from the kitchen/bakery fill the air and you can't help it but smile as you look at their amazing display of goods. I become a customer from the first time I walked in and experienced their wonderful pastries and coffee. I have since then tried their savory items and Portuguese sweet bread, all very good. Great staff, great service, great food, highly recommend!!!
