Definitely an experience in Japanese cuisine. I've been twice and been served a hand-picked from the chef 5 course meal...truly amazing. You've got to watch Mori make his sushi though. He handles the rice like a precious gem and it is breathtaking. If you want the best Japanese cuisine out there, Mori is the place. Be prepared to empty your wallet for it, but you won't think twice once you've had a taste.

i am from Miami and just moved here. some of you Californian's may think i don't know sushi and that may be true. but one thing is for certain, this place is the most authentic sushi cuisine that i have ever eaten, seen, witnessed and so on. The sushi chefs are artists. it seems as if they pray over their creation before they serve it to you. i didn't try any of the hot kitchen food, but the menu looked great. i didn't know wasabi looked like a green banana with black spots over it. they grind it down and place a perfect amount in each piece of sushi. i could go on and on about this place, but it still wouldn't do it justice. you have to experience it for yourself. it is seriously like buying a plane ticket to an island in japan. i've never spent so much money on sushi for myself and i don't care. it was the most unique experience I've ever had going out to eat....Thank you, chef Mori!!!!!!!
