This is the best sandwich place in downtown, for many of us. Fresh, Boars' Head, incredible tuna and chicken salad. But they lost a customer today. Went at regular lunchtime. there was a crowd of 30 (I counted, had lot's of time too do that) Ordered A tuna sand, only. Stood waiting about 30 -35 minute...for said tuna sand, One guy, only, later supplemented by another worker was making the sands. by the time I got my order, my lunch break was up, had to dash back and cram it down at my desk. Hey, if you know that's your lunch crowd,,,staff accordingly. My co-workers know it's that way, they do not go anymore...unless it's at an odd hour. Doesn't seem to be a "short" day, that's just what it takes to get a simple sandwhich. Me, goin' back to La Times Cafeteria....they use boarshead too, and the wait has never been over 10 mins. some of us don't get an hour for lunch. Not wasting my 30 standing in your line, specially when I saw 3 orders returned "wrong"

I'm not much of a sandwich person but my co-workers suggested it and now I'm hooked. I had Mike's Special and it was awesome!! A bit in the expensive side ($11+ for a sandwich, chips and a drink). The ingredients were fresh, even the pickles!
