Who puts tomato on a tuna melt?
Had lunch here today for the first time....the place was empty when I arrived (noon), but was definitely close to full when I left (1.30). The Service was above average, but the food was disappointed - the coleslaw which is so easy, disappointing. My tuna melt, once I'd removed the tomato was pretty good. The fries were good too (and it seems they have varying types of fries to choose from). The prices, however are great as is the service. I'd go again, if I needed to have a meal in Westwood.

Our Breakfast Resource!
We can see Mary & Robbs from our house, so it's the most convenient breakfast around. The food is solidly good, not spectacular. Only a few real flaws: Airy, mass-produced, uninteresting bread; pancakes from a mix; no-egg-yoke hollandaise (ick), but the fruit is always perfectly ripe and the service is the best we've had anywhere in Westwood. They do anything we ask, and with sunny courtesy. THE SECOND TIME WE WENT THERE, THEY CALLED US BY OUR NAMES. There's no subsitute for that kind of neighborliness. We have breakfast there 2-3 times a week.

A OK
Had a take out lunch today from Mary and Robb's wonderful mashed potatoes, choc milk shake fabulous burger. Staff very friendly. My kind of place. Good vibes all around. Everyone seemed contented and happy. Nice clientele.

Best Coffee Shop in Westwood
Whenever business takes me to the Westwood area, I try to have breakfast or lunch at Mary & Robb's. It's a comfortable classic style coffee shop with a wide range of menu items. Staff is cheerful and efficient; they make even newcomers feel like old friends. Highly recommended.

Just like home....
Mary & Robbs is just like my home away from home. The ultimate neighborhood cafe.The staff is always there to welcome you with a smile and always remember your name. Great all-american food. Burgers and salads to awesome... Parking can be rough, but thats Westwood for you. Try the 2 spots in the back alley. One will be open if you're lucky. I wish there was more than one.

4-star food, 2-star prices
Wide variety of truly epicurean delights; modest ambience, terrible parking, but worth the effort. Hours are a bit restrictive, so check before you head out.
