So happy to have this cafe near by

Every time I come here I am impressed. The photo is plentiful and quite fantastic. In fact, it is some of my favorite pasta in the city. The staff is so nice and generous and the parking is easy with free parking with validation! I love coming here. I also love how the waitstaff always brings over fresh cookies for is to enjoy.

Confusing set up, Too many staff members

This place has so much potential and yet they just can't get it right! The food is ok, not amazing not terrible but the setup needs to be rethought out and there needs to be something that gives it something to make it memorable because as it is it the menu design is terrible. Why do I have to take a number when you clearly have enough staff for table service and no display case set up for "quick grab" items? Rethink the concept and design, please!!

    First time at Fresh Bites

Walking into the restaurant I didn't know whether to sit down or "walk the line" to the cash register that was 30 feet away. Where is the menu and choices? There were four diners and six employees. You couldn't see all the fresh ingredients as you "walked the line" beacause the half-wall is too high to view. Took menu to table to choose and then ordered the shrimp skewers with two side dishes (had to ask the choices) and a tune salad sandwich. Side dishes were very small. Expected the corn/bean salad to be cold but not the couscous. Shrimp was overcooked. Tuna salad was dry. Ordered Cabernay and the worker went to the white wine cooler. Duh. They need to re-think customer service and accessibility to information. It could be good with a little restaurant knowledge and willingness to serve. Beautiful decor. Hope they make it.

I felt as I were at home..

I usually cook simple food, when I am at home. At FreshBites they serve simple food as well as fresh. Good service, reasonable price. What else? Nice decor, confortable parking area. The right place to go with my friends and our families. I would like to send my best wishes, for the grand opening, to the crew, the staff and the owners.
