Never going back
You can't keep customers just by saying on your website you're committed to the customer experience. No substitutions allowed means even though they make fried eggs, you can only have poached on that sandwich. You can't order a side of eggs. Bread is extra. We live in L.A. where great restaurants abound, and there is no reason to spend your money here.

Great parking so so service
Took my grandmother there for lunch. They were having air conditioning problems due to the building they sit under. We thought okay well try it anyways. The food was good a little over priced. Would have been fine with the whole experience except the service was not good. Server was pretty unfreindly seemed like our questions were bothering him. I continually had to ask for things forgotton by him and acutally got up and helped myself to the sugars. Not sure if I will return although it seemed that they were much friendlier to the regulars go figure!

Small portions for price
The food here is good but the portions are way to small for the price and no additions or substitutions allowed. I left feeling hungry after lunch. Bummer
