The coffee and food here is great but they really need to get they're act together when it comes to service. I don't even mind the attitude, it's more the ineptitude that gets me down. They always seem to be training someone who doesn't know what they're doing, they seem to hire based on appearance rather than competence. You can sit for twenty minutes before anyone will bother to come see if you'd like something. La Mill, get your act together, please. You could be such a great addition to the neighborhood.

although pricey i found the coffee to be an addicts dream. my latte on 3 occasions was perfect. the people working there need customer service training. the friendliness of the staff was lacking. just because your beautiful working in a beautiful place does not mean you can lack any sort of personality while waiting on customers. on 3 occasion over 3 months nothing changed...obviously its mgmt. that needs changing..
