I am a juniors regular. So, this year our family decided to order the pre-cooked dinner. It was a poor experience. The turkey was dry, the gravy - a gelatinous scary mess, the pumpkin pie burnt... you get the picture. First Thanksgiving we went home hungry. I will go to Juniors for breakfast, but I will not be ordering any pre-cooked "feasts" again.

I drive 2 hours for their menu items and quality. Excellent take out items also. Jr's is definately an A+.

True, eating at Denny's costs less, as does eating at home. However, Junior's is a class Deli with a specialized menu, catering to a specialized clientele that comes when quality deli fare is what is wanted. Two questions: how much do you think it costs to run a quality restaurant these days? How would you like to discover that Junior's, along with too many favorite neighborhood restaurants, had been forced to fold? Let them charge the price they need to in order to stay in business at a reasonable profit and on the days you are not prepared to pay the price, don't go. Service? I have never encountered other than prompt, efficient, courteous service, but Junior's employs humans and I suppose from time to time one can experience less than perfection.

Everything about this place is overpriced. They overcharge on every item on the menu. Who charges over $3 for a small glass of orange juice and really talk about taking advantage of their customers off for an omelet that cost over $13 and a side of sausage over $5.

I order for delivery everyday at my job. I have never had such friendly service and amazing food. If "customer service" was like this in every restaurant, shop, store, or corporate business, people would be a lot more successful and a lot more happy. Like in the 50's. Its no wonder Junior's have been in business for so long. They actually thanked me for ordering through them at the end of my conversation and took the time to talk with me about their food. All the other restaurants I call, they act like "why the hell are you calling me?" Good job junior's you're what eating out is all about.

I must agree with the review that said service was inconsistent. However, I love the kosher menu at Junior's and if you've ever had the chance to eat there for lunch and meet the owner it's a treat. Also, once you get to know the wait staff, they're pretty cool too. Give it a four out of five, or 8.2 out of 10.
