I have eaten at Jackson's many times before and each time, my experience is worse...I've definately had my last meal there. After waiting an hour to be seated, while I watched 4 open tables, that remained open until I sat, the waitress didn't greet us for another 10 minutes. They were prety busy, so I understand that. The thing that really got to me, though, was that our food came out staggering. And there was no apologies. The chef actually delivered the first two plates and reccomended that we go ahead and start, as our companions' food wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. I've worked in many restaurants, and the only reason food will come out that much later is if they forgot to make it. There were only four of us! I am not one to eat while my dining companions watch, so I waited over ten minutes, and my dish was totally cold (although I'm not sure it would have tastes better hot...it was the risotto with steak-server reccomended). I don't suggest eating here.
