Great falafels
For a no-nonsense meal, visit Hungry Pocket. The falafels are tasty and fresh. The hot sauce adds the extra kick. Dine five times & get a free meal. A true find in Santa Monica.

they serve the best falafal in town,
their falafal sandwiches are the best. every falafal ball is cooked to order so it is served crispy. the bread is warmed on the grill while the falafal is cooking. you can have the sandwich served on either whole wheat pita bread or white pita bread. the sandwich is assembled 2 seconds before it is handed to you so that nothing is soggy. they also serve an absolutely terrific homemade hot sauce.

Great Food!
Ordered the Lamb Shawarma and Beef Kabab plates and a side of falafels to go, which were all great! The lamb was a bit salty for my taste, but not bad. I especially liked the falafels and will order the sandwich next time. The chicken shawarma was also highly recommended by the owner and the customers that came in after me ordered it. I will try that next time as well.
