    Best Pork Ribs Ever

I ran across Houston's quite by accident when there was one located in Woodland Hills, CA. For my 40th birthday, I was offered any restaurant I wanted. I chose Houston's. That was 7 years ago and have been to ever Houston's in Southern California since then. Their pork ribs are beyond description. The atmosphere is trendy, while the service is impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant for any and all occasions.

    Houston,s, the best chain

I never fail to visit Houston's in any city I happen to be in. One can always depend on the highest quality of food and service. There is never a doubt in my mind that I will enjoy my lunch/dinner. One of my top favorites is the Grilled Chicken salad. It's just the best! I have enjoyed it for many years at various locations. I live in Minneapolis, am a commercial real estate broker and have been trying to get Houston's to open a store here for years. I'll never give up! They would do gang busters here.

    Grilled Chicken Salad!

There is one and only one thing I get at Houston's: The Grilled Chicken Salad! This has to be one of the best salad's I have ever had. As a serial dieter I am always in pursuit of the perfect chicken salad and alas here it is! The grilled chicken is very tasty and the tortilla strips are a great addition but what really makes are the two dressings they use- the rich & sweet peanut dressing and the tangy but also sweet lime dressing. Houston's being a chain isn't the most atmospheric place and for L.A. the decor seems pretty boring. The waitstaff or maybe just my waitress last weekend was a total airhead who couldn't remember two ice teas and instead brought two diet cokes. And of course if you are planning on going on a Friday or Saturday night plan on waiting 1-2 hours for a table. See your movie first then do dinner, or you won't make it! But by all means order that salad!!!!

    Great Steaks

I have been to Houston's once but I loved it. The food was very tasty and the service was very attentative. I have been to Morton's and I didnt like it. I think at Houston's you get a better deal for your money. Happy eating!
