The food is great. However, if you CALL to order food to go, be prepared it is not UNTIL you actually walk IN their door and pay that they THEN start fixing your order. So keep in mind, the pickup time you tell them you will be there to pick up the food will actually be the time they START cooking it. I learned this the hard way with a houseful of hungry folks, and I did not get my order until almost an HOUR after it was supposed to be ready. Unfortunately, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and...it happened again. I complained to friends, and found...it happened to them also. Also, if you call in and they then go from the day shift to the night shift...they may not have your order AT ALL. So be prepared for that also. WELL worth the wait, but not everyone has two or three hours to spend waiting for one's food and then eating it. The owners seriously need to spend more time at this store after 4 p.m. to see what's actually going on.

I really like the chicken, the potato salad is yummy and the biscuits are awesome.

If you're willing to wait (sometimes a LONG time) for your food, but want some good ol' fried chicken and tasty seasoned fries with a biscuit and honey on the side, then you have to try Honey Kettle's.

Honey Kettle has yummy fried chicken perfect for when you're craving some comfort food. My only complaint is that it takes a LONG time to get your food. If you're prepared to wait, it's worth it.
