Best lunch in Culver City
When Green Peas was closed for renovations everyone at my office went through varying degrees of withdrawal. The hardest hit were the vegans and vegetarians, as this places non-meat selections are phenomenal and beat other vegetarian offerings around town by a mile. In fact, I typically just order the vegan options as a change of pace and can't believe how much flavor and texture they can coax out of it. This is one of those places that you have to visit several times before you can really appreciate the quality because the menu is so diverse. Pretty much everything I order becomes my new favorite thing there. Protip: there is seating in the very back.

Great Sandwich/Salad Spot
Unassumingly situated on a forgettable strip of Sepulveda, Green Peas is a great little cafe spot. Their menu is extensive - they offer many choices for meat-eaters, vegetarians and vegans (gardein protein offered!). If you get a sandwich - I recommend the pretzel bread. The only slight critique I have is that the wait can sometimes be a long (20-25mins for a sandwich or salad). But it is worth the wait. A definite gem in West LA.
