The first time I enjoyed F&J's was after my nephew & his band (Metal Mayhem) performed at the Whiskey. Then I went again this past friday. My friend and I had the Little Tony's Special: Light olive oil sauteed shrimp, sundried tomatoes and roasted garlic N.Y. style pizza along with the Lobster ravioli with "pink" sauce... It was beyond delicious! The CRUST: not too crispy with about the right chew - SAUCE: not overpowering - RAVIOLI: pretty close to superb. It's the best pizza I've had since the Salamino Piccante at Parisi Italian Market & Deli in Devner, CO. **TO UP THE RATINGS: maybe add tableclothes - not linens - but cute, updated checked ones or some sort of art print. Also, there's TOO MANY T.V.'s for such a small place. **One more thing: PLEASE ADD: better quality rootbeer such as Virgil's, Thomas Kemper or Henry Weinhard's. If not those, then IBC will do... Hey, only the best should accompany the best - right?! Regardless... I WILL BE BACK & I'm telling all my friends!!

I had ordered one pizza from Frankie & Johnny's when I was at my friend's house, and therefore had it delivered to their address. For whatever reason, they stored my debit card information, without my permission. Not only that, but they didn't even put the card under my name, but rather put my card information under my friend's name an address. They then claim every time someone orders they ask for the last 4 digits of a card before they allow the order to go through. However, there is no possible way my friend would have my card info, and therefore apparently someone forgot this "procedure." My friend and his roommates actually order from there on a regular basis, so when they call the employees know their name by now, and that's probably why they didn't ask for confirmation when placing an order. Now I have a $55 charge on my card that Frankie & Johnny's is refusing to refund me for.
