downhill
I used to like this place quite a lot. Good croissants and coffee, and lunch if you want it. Recently they've got a new staff of inefficient teenagers who play music that's much too loud and thumping for a cafe in the morning. And spend far more time trying to look cool than pay attention to customers. Where did the lovely old staff go? Elysee is no longer my regular hang.

I love it because it's almost secluded from the rest of the westwood area...very quiet with a lovley staff and awsome music. There's a really tasty breakfast menu as well as a large assortment of baked goods ( which are somewhat pricy) The coffe is great and the conversation with the helpfull staff is even better! An Eastern-European comfort mized with American practicallity. LOVE IT!
