what a disappointment
My wife and I went there for the first time in 30 years. We had been looking forward to eating there. After waiting 15 minutes to be seated we ordered the Hollenbeck green burrito. We got two red burritos. I asked the waiter and he said it had green salsa inside. We opened them and it was exactly the same as outside RED!! I guess they call that green. The meat appeared to be at least a few days old. the salsa was completely tasteless. Overall it was a nasty burrito. My grandkids ordered taquitos which were very hard and overcooked. The guacamole was not good. We do not understand how people praise this place so much. We would never go back. My grandkids left hungry!!

Can't go wrong here!
From the minute i stepped in i felt like it was home. All of the servers were nice, attentive, the place gave a feeling like they were family. Food was gangster from beginning to end that left me wantin to order some for the next day. I plan on going back and takin my OC ppl so they know what theyre missing. Yeah im talkin to u, u know who u are!

Best Mexican food in town!
My mother and a few of my aunts worked for Manuel in the 60's. It was delicious then and it is delicious now. I now live in Hesperia. I go to L.A for many concerts and I always make a trip to Manuel's. I enjoy taking friends there for the first time, to watch the look of YUM! on there faces!! Thanks Manuel!

Took the family, I ate there before chunky burrito good stomach filler ... My wife enjoyed the food too.. You gotta have the horchata, delish! .. Then I had my sons left over frys, man..homemade...no compliants! We be back!" Warning go with a empty stomach!"

Poor Service
Con: It is very disappointing that they do not substitute guacamole for sour cream. Their service is rude. I heard servers on the phone insulting customers after hanging up on the phone, using vulgar language in Spanish. Pro: Tepeyac has good food. Carlos and Mirasela were nice. In the end, the food is good. It is slightly overpriced; but I will not go to an establishment that treats their customers in such a poor manner.

The Burritos in Town
I have been working and eating at the restaurant for 25 years. I always order the large burritos for our parties. I have alright told about the restaurant in the San Fernando Valley and Lancaster. Nothing but excellant reviews. Keep up the excellant work.
