I ordered a calzone by phone, they brought me a burger. They did bring my actual order about an hour later and charged me for both & won't give me a refund. It has been a week, I've called, stopped in and e-mailed, there is never a manager present and the owner is not available at any time. As for the food - repulsive, the burger they sent (which i did not even touch & did return) looked like a frozen pre-made patty. The calzone I received was actually not even a calzone, it was a stromboli. Their sauce is painfully reminiscent of something from a middle school cafeteria. F-, there are so many great places in Los Feliz to eat, don't waste your time with El Greco.

My family and I have ordered food from this restaurant for years now. We usually order the food for delivery. The service is great from the person who answers the phone to the delivery person. The food is great and has not changed over the years. They also deliver late which is great if you need a late dinner. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I would have given them a 10 if I could have. You won't be disappointed.
