I understand some of the frustrations of the previous comments.. Unlike the person who claims "the world revolves around" those of us who complain...well no! We expect to be treated a little better than cattle, remember we chose to eat out and not cook at home...we chose this place above all others on this day and because of all that "yes" i expect a welcoming face to greet me when i enter, remember i'm choosing to eat here not any where else! Am i being too selfish? So when i do go into an establishment i'm not complaining about their language because a smile is a smile in any language! All i want after my long work day is a kind "hello! Thanks for choosing us today! We hope we make your dining experience a good one and hopefully you'll choose us again! Thats it! Are we being selfish? No! By the way the foods ok but not great here so the difference here lies within the "customer service"! ok food+bad customer service=i'm going elsewhere! ok food +friendly customer service=i'll most likely return the end of story

I've been getting to go orders from there for over about 10 years now. Never had a wrong order and is ready when I get there. Not sure what the complaint is about or what they were expecting. There's no hostess so you have to go the counter and ask for your food or to be seated.

I like the food I sometimes go for lunch. However when I order to go (because they will not seat one person) my order has been wrong and they tell you that is what I ordered. Not very friendly or polite. El Torito's is just across the street I gave them a higher rating.

The food here is great I come here a few times a week, English is most of the workers second language perhaps there was some confusion when a question was asked I never had a bad experience I don't see why these people are on here complaining about customer service saying they will never go back and how no one asked if they were picking up food..why don't you stop being such a baby and say " hey i'm here to pick up" take some initiative and stop thinking the world revolves around you and stop putting down a great place

The guy answering the phone, has poor customer svc skills. He always seems annoyed when you call. Then, when I went to pu food, I sat there waiting, not once asked if I was waiting for pick up. Oblivious. Food is good, and the employees are great.

I won't go back either and love their food, but because the guy they have working the front desk was simply a jerk. I wasn't 100% sure of exactly what I wanted and had to ask him 2 questions. I was ordering to go. He acted quite perturbed. Really, I've served food for years, drinks in several locations, and know good customer service. That wasn't even close. Once with him was enough. Anyway, there are many other Mexican restaurants. Thank Goodness!

Friendly service, wish it was bigger, sometimes the wait is kinda long. Once or twice a week!!
