Top sushi, great prices
Echigo only sells sushi. There's a sign at the front saying they don't have soup, salad or edamame. They specialize in sushi and they're excellent at it. The chef was trained at Sushi Sasabune and he has perfected the art of sushi here. Definitely order the omakase, which starts out with a generous portion of sashimi, followed by 8 pieces of sushi presented individually and finished off with a crab hand roll, which is delicious. Total price for the omakase, which when i went included pricey toro, scallop and baby yellowtail sushi was only $35 a person. Extremely reasonable and the best quality you can ask for. Highly recommended!
