Best Thai food in Town
I finally had the opportuntiy to dine in at Eat N Joy, I've passed the place so many times. The curries are to die for ,very authentic other dishes to try are the pad thai, the naked shrimp salad is the BOMB!! they also make a killer fish fillet with ginger. My pals were raving over the egg rolls and the shuimai dishes we had for appetizers. The service was excellent with room for improvement but it was a pleasant experience. The decor of the restaurant was very comfortable and warm as well, we loved the color coordination of the joint. Will recommend this place to all my other friends. While we were dining overheard other conversations of people who enjoyed the food as well. To sum it up the food was excellent and most important very fresh

Stick to the Basics
Great place for the price. If you stick to the uncomplicated dishes, particularly the Chicken, with Garlic and Pepper, the the Green Bean, or the Sweet and Sour dish, you'll have a great meal for the price. You just can't go wrong with the stir-fries. The only appetizer I like is the egg roll. The soups are under-rated, I've been pleasantly surprised on a few occasions with the 'hot and sour' soup. If you are on a budget, this place is a must. The delivery service is great as well.

Eat N Joy -- Ate, Not Enjoyed
SO and I finally decided to try Eat 'N Joy after walking past so many times. The place had originally attracted my attention because it was close to home, had a fun thing going on with the decor -- warm yellow and orange walls, and what looked like a decent selection of dishes on their take-out menu (it bills itself as a Chinese-Thai establishment). Well, to sum it up succinctly, it was not good. We had potstickers (which were deep-fried and whose filling consisted of mostly a mealy and flavorless cabbage) and Vietnamese spring rolls (which were strangely warm and whose rice paper wrappers were originally overdoused and became gluey and stuck to everything, nothing funky about the filling -- lettuce, cellophane noodles, shrimp, except maybe the chicken -- just plain and uninteresting, and the sauce that came with it was some hoisin sauce wannabe). Then a Chicken Prik King arrived whose green beans were very undercooked and the chicken was all dark meat and it all came swimming in, what we swear had to be, a bottled teriyaki sauce. And I almost forgot the larb -- a warm, gray defrosted ground beef log nightmare tossed with onions. They do do a mean plain white steamed rice though and luckily no unfortunate side effects were experienced.
