Just like home, but better!
My husband and I were looking for a Hungarian fix and seemingly this was the only place to get real Hungarian food in LA. We went early on a Friday and to our surprise Csardas had undergone some changes. The old chef and owner from Lazlos Hortobagy has taken over and what an incredible job he has done! The food was outstanding - exceptional actually. The service was wasm and friendly and so accomodating! They even offered to make me a dish my mother had made which wasn't on the menu. The desserts were so fabulous we brought extra home. We even made a reservation for the following night as they have a pianist. This new place is really a find!
