Goat Cheese n' beet Appt: fresh juicy beets, wonderfully bold goat cheese with pistachio crust...perfectly complemented with a sharp vinaigrette dressing Frissee w/ Lardons Salade: Again, great vinaigrette dressing further complemented by flowing egg yolk. ( a bit too many lardons, but we pushed them aside) Beef Bourg: Tender, rich short rib over creamy pureed potatoes with a touch of horsereadish...slightly sweet, very savory dark sauce underneath the beef/potatos...our only complaint: heavy on the SALT, otherwise delish. Lavender Creme Brulee: as heavenly as it sounds...just the right amount of lavender. Pistachio/ icecream that was served with Comme Ca cake was insanely good. Service was professional, efficient, and attentive without being obtrusive! Appreciated the excellent attentiveness from bus person.
