Unfair reviews
I totally disagree with all the previous reviews. Claim Jumper has always been a great place to take my girlfriend to. If there is a downside to their restaurant is that portions are sometimes too big, but I have always loved the quality of their dishes. Also, on Fridays and weekends the waiting time can be a little high, but I have never had any trouble in finding a table on the bar area (still a friend atmosphere). Overall, Claim Jumper is still one of my favorite eateries in the region!

Highly disappointing!
Save your money and go elsewhere - at least your order will be correct and you won't have to wait 1 hour for your food and drinks! My boyfriend and I just gave up and walked out after 1 1/2 hours of waiting!

Very disappointing
I ordered prime ribs medium and it came out well done. They claimed they didn't have anymore prime ribs left and suggested I order something else in the menu. I ordered porterhouse steak medium and it came out burnt on outside.

Slow Service and Over Priced
It took 20 minutes to take our drink order. Since I was eating at 5:00 the restaurant wasn't crowded. Also, our meals were not cooked as ordered. I'm not bashing Claim Jumper. I ate last year at the SouthCoast restaurant and was favorably impressed.
