Great PreTheater Restaurant
Such a fun restaurant to go to. The drinks are excellent, I highly recommend the Supremo Sangria. I love the Peruvian Ceviche. I'm usually not a huge fish fan, but I order it every time. It's a great restaurant to go to before any downtown theater event. They do a lot of specials for the theater crowd. Also, there's a free shuttle to the Music Center/Disney Concert Hall.

Nice patio
It seems Ciudad can get away with their prices because of their downtown location. Not that the prices are outrageous, but we expected better food for those prices. The dishes we got were pretty average... not great. The mojitos were way too sour, even after I asked them to go easy on the lime for my second one. However, the patio dining is very nice on a cool evening and the wait staff were friendly.
