Better than Panda Express...but service not good
Live around the corner so we visit Chongs very frequently...however, one night I came in at 8:45pm and they close at 9pm...there was nothing available in the heating table and they were not willing to cook a new batch for my family. I was very disappointed, considering we are frequent locals. I still return b/c the food is fantastic. The Orange Chix is waaaay better than PXpress. I'm also addicted to their spicy mein...mmmm!

Integrity
Have been to Chong's a few times however decided to order for delivery from internet menu. After placing the order the price quoted was $5 more than the menu. After commenting the clerk said the online menu was incorrect, he spoke with the manager and returned indicated they would not honor that price. $5 is not a big deal however business integrity is, suffice to say I will not be doing business with them again.
