Food is Good/Service, Not so good
I've never been here, I've only ordered delivery. The food is pretty good, but the last few times I've had issues with my order. When they ran out of duck, the wouldn't substitute a similar salad for the same price... which I thought was poor customer service. Delivery takes about an hour, which is a bit lengthy considering I live right near the restaurant.

We order our lunch regularly from here and are never disapointed. They are quick and the food is incredible.

Spectacular
This place was amazing. You couldn't get better food in Thailand. I am Thai myself and love to eat this food.

extremely good
I'm a big fan of Pad Thai, have tried many Thai restaurants, Finally, I found this place, the taste was just perfect. Their Pad Thai was perfectly moist, even I called for delivery, the noodle was not dry or stick together, I can say that they know how to cook the noodle, and the tate was just right on my mouth, not too weak or too strong, it was just right . Also the Kee Mow , I love the taste and the wok style.

Fabulous Fast Delivery
Food is extremely tasty and delivery is quite speedy. The heat they have added to my food makes my scalp sweat and I love it.

never be disappointed by charm
I totally agree with the previous reviews. I live and work in downtown for many years, I am in love with that little hidden place. I have been ordering from them since they first opened, they never turn me down. I try almost every items they have never be disappointed, only "delicious". The delivery is always fast, they are such sweet people always..(to me)..I am very impressed for the price that I pay. I wish they do very well for us who live and work in downtown.. With love to charm.
