I have been going to this place for years, that is no exaggeration. The staff and owners are very, very nice people. The owners will come to our table to make sure the food is perfect, everything is okay and sometimes give us dishes on the house so that we will try something else, since we get the same dishes each time. I can't imagine them being rude. We celebrate special occasions, have had parties there inside and on their patio and have ordered take out from them on numerous occasions. Their lunch special prices are great and almost too much food. My dad is diabetic and has asked to make sure there is no sugar in our meals. So they make special dishes without sugar for him. They do tons of to-go orders, so if you call during the Lunch hour you are right they are extremely busy, apparently a lot of the pharmaceutical reps buy food from here to bring to Dr. offices. As well as many local offices order take out for their offices in Brentwood and the surrounding area. They have never been wrong with our order and have always been on time when estimating when I should do a pickup order. My family's favorite dishes are the Kung Pao Chicken, Cheng Pi Beef, String Beans (they are to die for and I do not like vegetables), California Shrimp, Orange Shrimp, and Mu Shu Pork. We have had other families go this restaurant and they will say give us what the Bayley's always have. Because the last time they had a meal with us at the restaurant they like the dishes we chose. This is my favorite restaurant.

i would not order here if there food was not so good. They are SO RUDE! it makes me incredibly mad....i asked the guy on the phone to hold on and he said he didnt have time and hung up.

Changs is one of the few decent Chinese restaurants on the westside but unfortunately the owners are extremely rude people. When you call to have an oder delivered they are so rude, if I wasn't craving Chinese food I would hang up on them. They act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your order. What's one to do?

I've been to this restaurant many times and every time I go, I say I never come back. The food is good but servivce and maneer is null!! The person who takes the order on the phone is very rude!!

One of the most consistently good places on the westside. Make sure you try the Sesame Shrimp, it is AMAZING!

Wow were we shocked. The Mango Beef was great, but everything else was sub-par. As for atmosphere.., what atmosphere..

My family has been eating take out meals from here for years and we love it. The sesame shrimp (favorite) are large and tasty. The portions are generous and the main ingredients are plentiful in each dish. Delivery is quick and food arrives hot.
