Sweet and Spicy!
I wanted spicy, and that's what I got! Nothing was so over the top that it kept us from scarfin' down spoonful and forkful of yummy Cha Cha goodness. We ordered take-out the ambiance is beachy and fun, with tables outside and a take-out window. "Colorful" is an understatement. Very casual, and fantastic service. Glad we called ahead- quite a line. The hot wings were delicious coated in some sort of a mix of spices and -maybe-cornflakes? REALLY delicious- sweet, savory, and spicy. We also had the Cha Cha chicken and the chicken enchiladas. Everything came with dirty rice (which by itself was awesome) and plantains (I like my plantains a lil sweeter and mushier but thats just me). Overall, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Value
I've only eaten there once, having the 1/2 lb of wings...but the wings were excellent, and came with rice and beans, plantains, and salad for only about 6 dollars. I'll definitely be back.
