I don t know if i would give them a michelin star but they have everything i expect in a french bistro: Great not overpriced food,good service not to cheesy or overfriendly,cool vibe and music...what else should we need?

The quality, flavor and ingredients are sublime. The chef is a genius, his creations are worthy of a Michelin Star. His sauces & presentation are really Parisian. Everything from the bread to the deserts are perfection. The Sunday Brunch, with poached eggs on top of aspergus, with house marinated baby mushrooms, aspergus puree. The Eggs Burgandy, with beef short ribs, and perfect potatoes dauphine. The Merguaux Burger topped with an egg, with a fabulous sauce on a house made brioch with fabulous French Fries. For desert, a chocolate eclair with house made mint sorbet.... Tres bien, tres bien! The dinners are amazing, too, Duck, Rabbit, Fois Gras, not basic Bistro, this is really cuisine.
