Lured by the red tent and promise of cheap Italian in my neighborhood, I discovered there is nothing Italian about this place. The pizza is bland and soggy, the pasta is even worse and the service is infuriating. We had many problems with our meal, starting with inedibly undercooked pasta (which our waiter took the liberty of sprinkling tons of cheese on). Yuck. Nobody ended up getting their entrees at the same time, there was a bit of broken crockery or glass in my pizza and the waiters were clueless.

This tiny restaurant is incredibly noisy. The tables and chairs are uncomfortable. The ambience is unpleasant. The service is mediocre and the hostess/owner pretends to mingle but is unhelpful at best. I got a pizza that was COMPLETELY black on the bottom. I spoke to the hostess - she said she likes it that way(!) so I guess that makes it OK. Their food is generally good, but I will only use them for takeout, if at all

Come here for the best Spaghetti del Golfo you've ever tasted! You will enjoy all of their dishes -- that's just my favorite. Sometimes gets noisy inside but it's probably because everyone's having such a good time eating and enjoying each other while their eating such flavorful food.
