Great Italian food in the Valley
Today was my first experience with Cafe Aldente and it was wonderful. You will be pleased with the service and food....give it a try.

Great restaurant!!!
I have nothing to say! It's a great place. The food is so delicious! You have to go and give it a try. I'm sure you will be one of the regular customers like me :)

Hidden yet FABULOUS
As a teenager living in Los Angeles, I have to say that Cafe Aldente is my favorite resturant in the valley! I always go there after school or tennis practice to dine with all my friends, who also adore the food. Its always a party there! THE CHICKEN PESTO SANDWHICH with a side salad is THE BEST!!!

Great Food! Great Atmosphere!
I would like to mention that this place is one of the best family owned restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is great. The food is absolutely fabulous! The price is cheaper than the other family owned restaurants... Try the chicken pesto sandwich. I eat that twice a week.

Best Home-Cooked Italian in Studio City
One of my favorite things about Cafe Aldente is the family atomosphere and the exceptional Marinara sauce. I have been going to this quaint tucked-away eatery for 15 years and they have provided consistant, exceptional Italian food. The prices are excellent and the portions are substantial. Often times, I see "regulars" who, like me, frequent this cozy and comfortable place. Owners and brother's, Jim and Rafi and sister Nedgey run a tight lunch shift, with a smile and extra helpings. They are exceptionally gracious, curteous and kind. Everyone leaves Cafe Al Dente with a smile (and a full belly!). I highly recommend that you try the fare at this family eatery. Soon, you'll be a regular too!
