    I can't hear

    Great food, great service but I couldn't hear or speak to my friends because of the noise. Is there anything you can do about the acoustics. Or provide ear phones for each guest.

    Love it, I like the managers around. Especially Michael, Erik is good also. Great food, and service.

    Waiting time

    We were party of six. Tried making reservation and was told that if we were there before 7 pm not much of a wait. Arrived at 6:45 pm and the place was mobbed. Was told the wait would be 45 minutes. We were finally seated at 8:30 pm, one hour and forty five minutes later. Got all kind of excuses. When we were ready to leave the matradee (SP)who took our name was very apologetic and asked us to return. I told him we took the train from the valley and if I had my car I would have been out of there at the one hour mark. In additon the place is very noisy to say the least. Won't return. Many other new places to try!!

    Too Top Heavy

    This place reeks of too much management. There are managers walking around everywhere looking for problems. On my last visit, one of the managers reprimanded (quite rudely) a busboy in the middle of the restaurant, then did not let the issue die and each time saw the busboy, laid into him again. That should be done in private-instead, that was the view that I had during my entire lunch. What a turn-off from the place. The service was good (because there is ALWAYS staff milling about) and the food was decent. Pizza crust was a bit too thick for my liking, but overall good. They just need to lay off the top level of management and let the staff do their job.
