Felt like I Was Back in Ala Moana
Theres this shack that I went to all the time back in Ala Moana and specially after the surf sessions where I always felt welcomed and the food was crazy good. The first time I heard and visited Bob's, like the title says, I felt I was back in Ala Moana, walking in with nothin but boardshorts and slippers. Im stoked Bob's is around. Mahalo!

Major Aloha!
The food is good; staff is friendly from the cooks to the waitresses. Lots of "aloha". Lots of Hawaiian memorabilia (old and new); some CDs for sale; post cards, etc. Home of contemorary Hawaiian musicians - all touring recording artists drop in here - their autographed pictures, along with pictures of famed Hawaiian and asian celebrities, athletes, and so forth are plastered all over the walls. When you walk inside Bob's, you are in Hawaii. Great Hawaiian music and hula dancing on Thursdays and Fridays (no cover charge). Never know who will show up at Bob's with their ukulele! Eh - good kau kau and good music

Hawaiian soft tacos
The hawaiian soft tacos are a must! Good food especially for the price. Service is sometimes slow but the place is pretty big and on certain days you get to see and hear live hawaiian entertainment
