Greed drives Big Mike
The prices and serving size has changed dramatically in the decade or so that I've been ordering from this Hermosa deli!! Outside of the loyal guys who've been cooking and serving food there for as long as I can remember, Mike has gone thru employees like kleenex! I agree, for seniors, there used to be a small discount but Mike put the kabosh on that!

I like to complain!
I am old and figure eveyone owes me something. Big Mike's doesn't cater to my whining, so I am going to take me social security check elsewhere. BY THE WAY, THE PLACE MAKES AN AWESOME PHILLY CHEESESTEAK.

Used to be a good deal
I have been a customer of this place for over 15 years and as an older citizen of Hermosa, would receive a discount of about 20% on my purchases. I brought many customers to the place, including friends and family, but recently they refused to give me my "senior discount" - an employee said "no more discounts" to my amazement. I don't go there anymore.
