Former Fan
We (family) have frequently dined at BCD, and used to enjoy the tasty food, but have tired of being seated on at the same tables on the right side of the restaurant and tired of the cold treatment by the (overworked) waitpersons. The last straw occurred two weeks ago when a waiter yelled at our elderly out of town guest because our guest didn't remember what he had ordered. We were so dumbstruck that we laughed it off there was no manager was in sight with whom to launch a complaint. I might return once more to see if they'll seat us at the nicer tables among the folks on the left side of the restaurant, simply because I enjoy the food, which is at a fair price. But I think that it would be a smart thing to offer good, polite service free of charge.

I've brought non-Korean friends here, and they all love it. You can get short ribs with spicy tofu soup for less than $15, and that's a bargain in comparison to other Korean restaurants out there. The wait may be long, but remember to get a number, let the hostess/waitress/whoever know that how many are in your party, and wait outside on the patio.
