I ordered the lau lau plate (14$) and my wife ordered the fried chicken plate. The lau lau was tastless, no flavor, pork was tough like 3 days old and microwaved, The chow mien was goey and overcooked, the lomi lomi salmon was also tastless. My wife fried chicken looked ono until I had a piece. It was over sweet whtever it was flavored with AND it was just soak with oil. Ugh!

The food was good, had the chicken katsu, chinese chicken salad, and spam misubi, portugese sausage spam misubi. Everything was solid. I didn't try any beef so can't speak for those. Had to [drop] some points for service because they are a little slow (for takeout), but I didn't dine in, so I can't comment there. But the dining area is decorated real cute; there is a wall mural and lots of Aloha vibe. Just call your order in well in advance. :)

I have eaten at a lot of Hawaiian restaurants and the food here was okay. I ordered Kalbi while a friend of mine ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki combo. Our beefs were horrible! It was very pale looking as if they just microwaved it although it stated grilled. Where were the grill marks? And the service was horrible. I'm pretty sure our server forgot to place our orer because it took a good 35 minutes to get our food and it wasn't busy. There was seriously 3 other tables inside, couples to be exact. 2 of them already received our food. So what could take so long? And the server also never refilled our drinks or even checked on us until our food was all finished. horrible.
